Creating future products and services is not just a matter of technological innovation. It also requires fully understanding people's behavior and practices.
We rely on field research methodologies that enable clients to better understand their users and use these insights to design better experiences: Why do people do this or that? What are their unmet needs? What are their motivations and constraints? Are there original practices that can lead to new products and services?
Inspired by ethnography and qualitative research, we apply various field techniques we such as participant observation, user interviews, video, photo or diary analyses and shadowing.
Results and deliverables are then presented under different formats ranging from research reports to creative workshops.
