
Customer Success Manager - Hybrid Remote

Responsibilities
Assist with client onboarding by organizing timelines, gathering data from multiple sources, and communicating deadlines
QA various data files and communicate any inconsistencies to internal teams
Provide initial problem-solving solutions to troubleshoot issues as they arrive
Continuously review reporting to provide highlights and potential issues on a regular cadence
Work hands-on with clients in validating experiment set up on various ad platforms, executing experiment launch through the LiftLab tool, measuring data results, and making data-driven recommendations
Assist the Customer Success Managers/Directors with any day-to-day asks, as needed
Communicate client needs across various LiftLab internal teams
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for learning, an interest in how innovation can accelerate media investment decisions and a willingness to dive into new tools and systems.
Requirements
2+ years digital media experience
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, including, but not limited to, Facebook and Google Ads
A strong understanding of analytics with the ability to report on and analyze results
Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc)
Ability to connect workflows across multiple clients and streamline internal processes
Comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Agency or client-side experience working on digital media campaigns is preferred
Experience with Ad Platform APIs a plus
Experience with MTA or MMM data a plus
Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn and a high degree of curiosity
BA or BS degree
