Customer Success Manager - Hybrid Remote

Digital marketing teams use LiftLab to uncover the economics of their ad platform partners including FB/Instagram, Google, Display, Snapchat, TikTok and Pinterest. They use these signals to make daily spend decisions with confidence. LiftLab customers know for each channel, tactic, campaign if the revenue for the last $1 spent covered its cost.

Responsibilities


  • Assist with client onboarding by organizing timelines, gathering data from multiple sources, and communicating deadlines

  • QA various data files and communicate any inconsistencies to internal teams

  • Provide initial problem-solving solutions to troubleshoot issues as they arrive

  • Continuously review reporting to provide highlights and potential issues on a regular cadence

  • Work hands-on with clients in validating experiment set up on various ad platforms, executing experiment launch through the LiftLab tool, measuring data results, and making data-driven recommendations

  • Assist the Customer Success Managers/Directors with any day-to-day asks, as needed

  • Communicate client needs across various LiftLab internal teams


The ideal candidate will bring a passion for learning, an interest in how innovation can accelerate media investment decisions and a willingness to dive into new tools and systems.


Requirements


  • 2+ years digital media experience

  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms, including, but not limited to, Facebook and Google Ads

  • A strong understanding of analytics with the ability to report on and analyze results

  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc)

  • Ability to connect workflows across multiple clients and streamline internal processes

  • Comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Agency or client-side experience working on digital media campaigns is preferred

  • Experience with Ad Platform APIs a plus

  • Experience with MTA or MMM data a plus

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn and a high degree of curiosity

  • BA or BS degree
