We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist - Media Experimentation to support the program development and day-to-day management of the global media testing and optimization programs for our growing client base.
Work hands-on with clients in developing test plans, validating experiment set up, measuring results, and making data-driven recommendations. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, strategic problem solving and confidence when working with clients and their key stakeholders. In addition, you will need to communicate client needs across various LiftLab internal teams.
The ideal candidate will bring a passion for learning, an interest in how innovation can accelerate paid media experimentation and a willingness to dive into new tools and systems.You need an ability to coach customers and individual users through change and support their success.
3+ years experience directing paid media execution
Hands on experience with paid media testing across multiple media channels including Facebook and Google.
A strong understanding of analytics
Solid client skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to form partnerships with various client, agency, and ad-platform stakeholders (Marketing Leaders, Channel Leads, Analytics, Product Managers, etc.)
Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn and a high degree of curiosity
Ability to travel if needed
