LiftLab is hiring a special person who likes to explain the stories that we find in customer data.  Customers use the LiftLab system to see where to spend their next dollar.  Our platform combines advanced modeling and media experimentation.  Join our diverse team of Marketers, Statisticians, Physicists and Software Engineers working together to find truth in data.


A successful person in this role thrives on being customer-facing and doesn’t have to spend their day coding

  • Razor-sharp presentation skills

  • Comfortable thinking on your feet

  • Strong understanding and ownership of MMM, MTA or other measurement frameworks

  • A focus on the both the practical significance and statistical significance of a model

  • A sound understanding of experiment design

  • Comfortable with Time Series & Bayesian regression models

  • A curiosity about the underlying data (EDA) that made a model say what it said


The ideal candidate has a degree from a Management Science field. To the left of that, a degree in Statistics but a passion for story telling over coding or the right of that, a degree with a research focus could work equally well.


  • 5-10 years of experience in Consulting, Marketing Agencies or Software Customer Success.  

  • Lifecycle experience in marketing decision making a huge plus: identify a spend opportunity, flight the decision, measure the result and optimize.
