About the Role:

Join LiftLab as our first US-based Product Manager, collaborating directly with the C-suite. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our product roadmap and driving innovation during this exciting phase of expansion. Strategic Leadership

1.  Define and Communicate Product Vision

  • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.

  • Define the whole Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy by involving Customer Success (CS), Sales, Marketing Science, Marketing, and Technical Operations teams.

2.  Stakeholder Liaison

  • Act as a liaison between product and marketing science to define the value proposition and talk track for CS and Sales.

  • Work with Product Marketing to establish a process to deliver a cohesive experience to prospects and customers about the product launches and LiftLab value propositions.

  • Act as a liaison between data science R&D and technical product management to translate data science logics and workflows into product specs.

Team and Process Management

1.  Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product management team.

  • Set OKRs and run periodic evaluation of KPIs for all of the product management team.

2.  Process Optimization

  • Evaluate and course correct technical product management processes by involving product management and engineering leads.

  • Own and execute the executive reporting process to evaluate product execution and adoption.

Product Development and Execution

1.  Product Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and evangelism.

  • Ensure successful product delivery by working closely with engineering, design, marketing, CS, Technical Operations, and sales teams.

2.  Performance Measurement and Optimization

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.

  • Conduct regular product reviews and analysis to assess performance against goals.


  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager leading strategic vision, crafting product roadmaps, and coordinating product strategies across multiple teams

  • Experience partnering with engineering, data science and UX design teams to define, build and maintain products that are critical to growth, engagement, and retentions

  • Experience running Agile work environments

  • Experience working with off-shore engineering teams

  • Prior experience working in a startup type of environment with a high degree of ambiguity and the ability to wear multiple hats.

  • You are an excellent communicator and storyteller (written & verbal), both with technical and non-technical audiences

  • Running client discovery meetings to update current and build new product features

  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Kanban methodology, including board setup, workflow management, and continuous improvement.

  • Solid knowledge of product management best practices and techniques.
