Revenue Operations Specialist

LiftLab is a fast-growing SaaS company.   We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support all aspects of the company's revenue operations. Bring us an understanding of the rev-ops process, great collaboration, problem-solving skills, clear communication and business acumen. You'll be working across the organization and directly with our Executive Team to deliver a predictable rev-ops outlook, problem solve rev-ops bottle necks and contribute to both the front-end and back-end of our revenue cycle.  You’ll interface with our accounting/ billing team, work hands-on with key rev-ops support systems (Hubspot, PlanHat) and support our proposals and renewal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the weekly billing and collection forecast.

  • Work with internal stakeholders across sales, accounting, cross-functional operations and SaaS billing on the identification and resolution of all billing and collections issues.

  • Provide hands-on support for customer contracting, vendor set up and sales order executions process.

  • Support the customer renewals process from planning to SOW delivery.


  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SaaS revenue operations, billing or collection.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • A working understanding of the revenue operations process.

  • An ability to work with both executive leadership and team members on complex and confidential business issues.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong business acumen and an understanding of revenue accounting best practices.

  • Strong Excel skills, comfortable with basic data analysis and management reporting.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfortable learning and using SaaS App’s like Hubspot and Planhat.


The base salary range for this position is $75,000 – 95,000 USD. *Final salary to be determined based on experience, skill set, location, travel, etc.
