We are looking for a Lead Client Strategist to support the program development and day-to-day management of the global media testing and optimization programs for our growing client base.   

 

Responsibilities

Work directly with leading brands who are scaling media experimentation programs using LiftLab. You will lead client workshops to build an experimentation agenda, work with clients from the “C-suite” to the practitioner level to drive program execution, and partner with our implementation teams to get clients up and running on the LiftLab solution. You’re great “on your feet” and able to work effectively as needed in a pre-sales capacity. Your communications skills, attention to detail, strategic problem solving and confidence when working with clients and their key stakeholders will drive success for LiftLab’s growing client base.

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for learning, an interest in how innovation can accelerate paid media experimentation and a willingness to dive into new tools and systems. You need an ability to coach customers and individual users through change and support their success.


Requirements

  • 8+ years media industry experience across brands and agencies
  • Direct digital media client management experience
  • Experience directing paid media execution  
  • Hands on experience with paid media testing across multiple media channels including Facebook and Google.
  • A strong understanding of analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to form partnerships with various client, agency, and ad-platform stakeholders (Marketing Leaders, Channel Leads, Analysts, Product Managers, etc.)
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn and a high degree of curiosity 
  • Ability to travel if needed
